Job summary

DCS is seeking an Executive Driver / Chauffeur to provide safe, discreet transportation for executives and family members. This part-time, on-call role requires open availability 7 days a week, including daytime and evening hours, with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities include transporting clients, maintaining confidentiality, coordinating with assistants, and ensuring vehicle safety and cleanliness. Prior experience and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Five years of professional driving experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate luxury sedans and SUVs.
• Transport clients to meetings, events, airports and other destinations.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with executives and family members.
• Communicate with clients and assistants by phone, text and email.
• Coordinate schedules and transportation needs with executive assistants.
• Navigate using GPS/maps and plan efficient routes.
• Monitor traffic and delays and inform clients of changes.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure compliance with driving laws and safety regulations.
• Remain available for appointments when end times are uncertain.
• Accommodate special requests when possible.
• Respond to emergencies or breakdowns.
• Complete expense reports and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor.
