Job summary

DCS is seeking an Executive Driver / Chauffeur to provide safe, discreet transportation for executives and family members. The driver will transport clients to and from meetings, events, airports and other destinations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

This is a part-time, on-call position with open availability seven days per week, including daytime and evening hours, with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Must safely operate sedans/SUVs and navigate urban/suburban areas.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle laws, traffic regulations, safe driving practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan efficient routes and estimate travel times with GPS or maps.
• General knowledge of vehicle maintenance and reporting issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for changing schedules.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Discretion and strict confidentiality of personal and business information.

Responsibilities

• Operate luxury sedans/SUVs safely and professionally.
• Transport clients to meetings, events, airports, and destinations.
• Maintain confidentiality with executives and family members.
• Communicate professionally with clients and executive assistants.
• Coordinate schedules and transportation needs with assistants.
• Navigate using GPS/maps; monitor traffic and delays.
• Keep vehicle clean, safe, and compliant with laws.
• Be available for appointments or events with flexible end times.
• Assist with luggage and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Complete expense reports and administrative tasks.
