Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services seeks an Executive Driver / Chauffeur to provide safe, discreet transport for executives and family members. This part-time, on-call role requires open availability seven days a week, with daytime/evening hours and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities include driving luxury sedans and SUVs, coordinating with executive assistants, and maintaining confidentiality and professional service across meetings, airports, and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years driving or related experience preferred.
• Experience as an executive driver or private driver is preferred.
• Ability to plan efficient routes and estimate travel times.
• Professional appearance and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate luxury sedans and SUVs.
• Transport clients to meetings, conferences, events, airports and other destinations.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with executives and family members.
• Communicate with clients and assistants by phone, text and email.
• Coordinate schedules and special transportation needs with executive assistants.
• Navigate using GPS/maps and anticipate delays due to traffic or weather.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Complete expense reports and other administrative tasks.
• Remain available for appointments or events when end times are uncertain.
• Stock the vehicle with food or beverages upon request.
