Job summary

The Virginian Golf Club & Nicewonder Farm & Vineyards in Virginia’s highlands seeks an experienced Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our venues. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure timely service in a private club setting.

This part-time, hourly + tips role requires at least 3 years in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining; evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverage, and wine pairings.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system and communicate modifications to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly following service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues courteously.
