Neiman Marcus is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide warm, professional service to guests in a luxury retail dining setting. You will learn the menu, describe dishes and beverages, and maintain high hygiene and service standards throughout your shift.

Candidates should be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, stand for long periods, and lift up to 35 pounds. A high level of discretion and guest-focused attitude is required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverages.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Serves assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information about menu items using knowledge of food and terminology.
• Leverages knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits to assist guests.
• Interacts graciously with guests and handles multiple duties concurrently.
• Participates in daily pre-shift meetings and follows POS procedures.
