Qualifications

• 1+ years of dedicated serving experience in upscale casual, fine dining, luxury hotel, or private club.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairings.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Elite table management: take orders, make expert recommendations, serve and process payments.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure flawless execution and timely service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and maintaining dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with all liquor regulations and age verification.
