Qualifications

• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Guide guests through the menu, provide recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set a positive tone for the dining experience.
• Present menu items, answer questions, and suggest pairings.
• Record orders accurately and communicate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and beverages with attention to presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize service accordingly.
• Maintain clean tables and dining area; reset as needed.
• Handle payments and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service delivery.
