Job summary

Thomas Ranch Development & Loraloma Club is seeking an experienced Steward A to maintain clean kitchens, dish areas, storage spaces, and service areas for daily meal service, tastings, and events. This essential behind-the-scenes position requires independence, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset.

The role supports smooth food and beverage operations, with emphasis on dish flow, equipment care, and deep-cleaning priorities in a luxury club environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of stewarding, dishwashing, kitchen, restaurant, club, resort, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Food Handler certification required or ability to obtain within the required timeframe after hire.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment, clean, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils.
• Maintain clean, organized dish areas, kitchens, and stewarding stations.
• Assist with deep cleaning, equipment care, and inventory needs.
