Job summary

East Bank Club is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide personalized nutrition counseling to members in a luxury health club setting. This appointment-based, commission-only role emphasizes flexibility and building a private practice within EBC.

The dietitian will grow client base through service and relationships, with compensation described as commission on revenue from eligible services. The role requires Illinois RD credentials and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credentialed to practice in Illinois.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with a broad range of members.
• Experience in wellness, performance, lifestyle nutrition, or private practice preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build a client base.
• Self-motivated, proactive professional with schedule and client communication management.

Responsibilities

• Manage member caseloads independently, conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments, and develop care plans with minimal supervision.
• Develop practical, personalized nutrition strategies based on each member's goals.
• Provide nutrition guidance related to general wellness, performance, weight management, healthy aging, and lifestyle.
• Conduct follow-up appointments and adjust recommendations as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
• Provide professionalism and member service aligned with the East Bank Club experience.
• Be responsive and knowledgeable in all communication.
• Build strong relationships with members and convert appointments into ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with Fitness departments and develop referrals within the club.
