Sareh Nouri is seeking a polished, motivated Assistant Store Manager/Stylist for a full-time, on-site role in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This hands-on role includes selling, taking client appointments, and supporting daily salon operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to support the sales team, assist with scheduling, and provide an exceptional client experience while maintaining luxury brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury sales experience required.
• Experience in bridal, fashion, luxury, or specialty retail preferred.
• Strong customer-facing skills focused on service and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with professional interaction.
• Strong styling sense and understanding of luxury fashion, fit, fabrics, and presentation.
• Ability to communicate craftsmanship and details of Sareh Nouri gowns and accessories.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, appointment-driven environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.
• Ability to work full-time on-site, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and salon's overall success.
• Oversee sales floor, ensure smooth appointment flow and exceptional client experience.
• Assist with staff scheduling and day-to-day team coordination.
• Lead by example in sales, styling, and client service.
• Coach and train team members to achieve sales goals.
• Motivate the team and maintain a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
• Onboard and train new team members on sales, styling, and store procedures.
• Communicate sales performance and staffing needs with Store Manager.
• Conduct bridal and eveningwear appointments with warmth and professional styling.
• Build genuine relationships with clients and provide personalized shopping experiences.
• Drive sales through relationship-building and recommendations.
• Educate clients on fit, fabrics, customization options, designer details.
• Maintain product knowledge of Sareh Nouri gowns and accessories.
• Process orders, deposits, and client information accurately.
• Maintain detailed client notes for seamless follow-up.
• Handle client questions professionally.
• Support sales goals while upholding high-touch service.
