Responsibilities

• Conduct bridal and eveningwear appointments with warmth, professionalism, and expert styling guidance.
• Listen to clients’ needs to curate gown selections aligned with their aesthetic.
• Educate clients on fit, fabric, customization options, and designer details.
• Maintain luxury service standards and ensure clients feel valued and celebrated.
• Drive sales through relationship-building and thoughtful recommendations.
• Process orders, special requests, and payment details accurately.
• Maintain detailed client notes for seamless follow-up and satisfaction.
• Support weekend appointments and peak booking periods.
• Maintain a pristine salon environment and assist with fittings for upcoming appointments.
• Collaborate with team on trunk shows, events, and high-volume days.
