Job summary
Genesis is seeking a fully certified Automotive Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Genesis vehicles at our Marlow Heights service facility. The role emphasizes accuracy in multi-point inspections and adherence to factory procedures to uphold premium service standards.
The ideal candidate will possess Hyundai or Genesis certification, strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills, and be comfortable working in a flat-rate environment while delivering a premium customer
Qualifications
- Genesis/HYUNDAI certified.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with modern scan tools and OEM software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Genesis vehicles.
- Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately.
- Use factory-approved tools, equipment, and repair procedures.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair needs.
- Stay current with Genesis training, technology, and certification programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Deliver a premium service experience consistent with Genesis standards.
