KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking an Amenities Attendant to maintain a safe, clean recreational area for guests or residents under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager.
The role includes welcoming residents, checking in guests, organizing lounge areas, ensuring compliance with rules, coordinating with other departments, and assisting with indoor/outdoor tasks. The position is non-exempt and primarily on-site with some outdoor duties.

This is a non-exempt (hourly) position.
Monday - Friday from 3:00 PM- 11:00PM. The schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property
