Job summary

Guitar Center in Illinois is seeking a Repair Technician (Guitar) to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in store inventory upkeep.

You will interact with customers to deliver a positive experience, perform high-quality repairs, maintain gear, complete warranty work, and contribute to the store’s success through craftsmanship and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
• Experience with instrument maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and to assist in maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.
