You will ensure exceptional customer experiences while servicing guitars and maintaining store inventory. Ideal candidates are customer-focused with a strong understanding of guitar repair. The position involves interacting with customers, maintaining a high level of craftsmanship, and completing warranty work, all while contributing to a supportive musical community.

Qualifications

• Skilled understanding of repairing Guitars.
• Ability to identify opportunities and take initiative to act without prompting.
• Willingness to complete GC certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Foundational knowledge of guitars and Guitar Center product lines is beneficial.

As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and to assist in maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.
