Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator for the Lung Cancer Screening and Lung Nodule Program at the Korman Respiratory Institute. The role is in-person at the Jefferson TJUH campus in Center City Philadelphia, supporting trials focused on LDCT imaging, biomarker evaluation, and early-detection technologies.

You will coordinate visits, manage data and biospecimens, assist with informed consent and IRB filings, and help recruit high-risk patients

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree with prior experience preferred.
• Experience with clinical trial coordination and data management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day activities of clinical trials according to GCP.
• Manages data collection, biospecimen handling, and study coordination.
• Supports patient recruitment, informed consent, and enrollment.
• Coordinates LDCT imaging and other research procedures with clinical teams.
• Ensures regulatory documentation and IRB submissions are up to date.
• Maintains accurate source documentation and audit-ready records.
