Qualifications

• RN with an associate degree or BSN required.
• 1 year RN clinical experience in health care setting required.
• 3 years case management, discharge planning or utilization management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents clinical information from study participants.
• Obtains informed consent and supports enrollment into clinical trials.
• Interacts with consortium members, organizes meetings and tracks progress.
• Documents data in the patient’s medical record and work queues per department policies.
