Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks an experienced RN to support research protocol initiation and implementation at Thomas Jefferson University. You will coordinate enrollment, manage data, and ensure regulatory compliance within a clinical research setting.

You will bridge clinical care and research protocols, assist in workflow development, and participate in leadership meetings to support study execution and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RN clinical experience; clinical research experience preferred; PA RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents clinical information (data) from study participants.
• Provides patient education regarding research study.
• Obtains informed consent and supports enrollment into clinical trials.
• Coordinates with consortium members, organizes meetings and communicates with participating institutions, tracks and records progress, schedules meetings, records and distributes minutes.
