Job summary

Cheshire Public Schools seeks a part-time Lunchroom/Playground Aide at Norton Elementary School. You will monitor students during lunch and on the playground, and assist the Food & Nutrition staff with the Composting Program.

Schedule: 3 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday), 10:30 AM–1:30 PM. Supervision by the school principal or designee. Must relate to students, staff and the public in a courteous manner.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed oral and/or written instructions; to relate to students, staff and the public in a courteous manner.

Salary

$17.85/ hr In accordance with the Agreement Between Cheshire Board of Education and CSEA/SEIU Local 2001/760 in Behalf of the Cheshire Paraeducators and Lunchroom/Playground Aides.
