Job summary

The Yay Company is seeking a Lunch Coordinator (MSR) in Raleigh, NC to ensure smooth, joyful lunchtime operations. You will help deliver fresh lunches, greet students and staff, and maintain an inviting grab-and-go setup, bringing energy and reliability to every shift.

Ideal candidates are punctual, enjoy being around kids, and can lift up to 30 lbs. Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling may be available, with ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with kids and staff.
• Friendly, welcoming personality for lunchtime atmosphere.
• Available 2–3 hours daily, Monday–Friday (10:30 AM–12:30 PM).
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Distribute fresh lunches to students and maintain smooth lunchtime flow.
• Serve as a friendly face to students, staff, and parents with positive energy.
• Support checkout, manage grab-and-go display, and keep stock tidy and attractive.
• Show up with a positive attitude and reliable communication for every shift.
