Job summary

Arbor-Academy is seeking a Part Time Noon Hour Aide to supervise students during meals and support positive mealtime conduct. The role emphasizes safety, service, and teamwork within the school cafeteria.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, prior experience with youth, and strong communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families. This is a part-time noon-hour position at our Lakeview campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children/adolescents in school or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to supervise students in a safe, orderly environment.
• Demonstrated use of positive behavior management techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Set up for lunch; serve lunch quickly, neatly, and attractively.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times per Academy standards.
• May assist in preparing and serving meals according to planned menus.
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties in the kitchen and cafeteria area.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or designee.
