Job summary

Endeavour Elementary Wing seeks a dedicated Lunch Aide to join our team part-time, supporting students during lunchtime and helping create a safe, welcoming dining environment.

The successful candidate will supervise students, assist with seating and lunch items, and reinforce positive behavior while coordinating with staff and parents as needed. Prior school or childcare experience is a plus, and a background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch periods to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
• Assist students in locating seats and managing lunch items.
• Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution among students.
• Monitor student interactions to ensure compliance with school rules.
• Help maintain cleanliness in the lunch area and dispose of trash.
• Provide support to students with special needs as required.
• Communicate with students, staff, and parents regarding concerns or incidents.
• Participate in training and staff meetings as needed.
