Job summary

1830 Chophouse in Lebanon, IN is seeking an experienced Restaurant Server to join our team. You will greet guests, explain menu items, and guide them through our beverage selections to enhance their dining experience. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 A.M.

to 4:30 P.M., with a focus on warm, attentive, and professional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include guiding guests through food and beverage menus, maintaining cleanliness of your section,

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server.
• Ability to memorize all ingredients in menu and specials.
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and guides them through menus to maximize sales and satisfaction.
• Uses knowledge to provide a memorable experience.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Assists other servers in delivering excellent service to all guests.
• Collects customer payments and provides change promptly and courteously.
• Opens the restaurant and works a set shift Monday–Friday 10:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
