The Yay Company in Bethlehem is seeking a Lunch Coordinator to keep lunchtime running smoothly and joyfully. You’ll help distribute fresh lunches, maintain a tidy grab‑and‑go display, and interact with students, staff, and parents with warmth.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and be a real team player.
• Pass pre-employment background check and any school requirements.
• ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain within 14 days.
• Able to pass background check and have a valid driver's license if required.
• Available 2–3 hours daily (typically 9:30 AM–12:30 PM), Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Distribute fresh lunches to students and keep lunchtime flow smooth.
• Bring warm energy to interactions with students, staff, and parents.
• Support student checkout, manage grab‑and‑go display, and maintain tidiness.
• Show reliable communication and ownership of your shift.
