Picnic Delivery is hiring a Tower Ambassador in New York City to organize, pick up, and transport food orders within office buildings. You will be the primary contact for eaters and act as the face of the company during lunch deliveries.

The role emphasizes reliable in-building delivery, clear communication, and coordination with office managers in a fast-paced environment. Prior food service or delivery experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs.
• Effective communication skills in person and electronically.
• Proficiency in English needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to a specified location within the building, and act as the primary customer contact for eaters.
• Be the reliable face of our business.
• Primary point of contact with office managers.
• Organize orders on the shelves or designated location.
• Organize, pick-up, and transport food orders with accurate scanning and smart handoffs.
