Picnic is seeking a Tower Ambassador in New York City to ensure seamless lunch deliveries within client offices. You will receive orders, hand off to eaters, and be the friendly face of Picnic on site.

This part-time role requires punctuality, clear communication, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Prior food-service or delivery app experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize, pick-up, and transport food orders with accurate scanning and smart handoffs.
• Deliver to a specified location within the building, and act as the primary customer contact for eaters.
• Be the reliable face of our business.
• Primary point of contact with office managers.
• Organize orders on the shelves or designated location.
