Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore is seeking a part-time Bartender/Server to deliver friendly, attentive service and craft beverages for lunch guests in our stylish hotel atrium.

In this hybrid role, you will mix cocktails, serve drinks and light food, handle POS transactions, maintain bar and station cleanliness, and help ensure a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Hilton standards. Availability Sundays 10am–4pm and Mondays-Tuesdays 10am–10pm required.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions.
• Prepare and serve beverages: mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards.
• Maintain bar operations: stock and organize bar supplies, glassware, and perishables.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately: use the POS system to correctly handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Monitor product quality: manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items.
• Address guest concerns professionally: manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations

TASTE at Embassy Suite Phoenix Biltmore is the newest addition to our newly renovated atrium. We're delighting our guests with a new American-Southwestern TASTE.

As Bartender/Server you will be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

In this hybrid role, you'll mix handcrafted cocktails, deliver delicious dishes, and create a relaxed, upbeat vibe for our lunch crowd. Whether you're behind the bar or on the floor, your energy sets the tone.
