Job summary

Stratford School is seeking a Lunch and After School Team member to supervise Kindergarten through 4th grade students during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment on campus.

You will plan after-school arts and crafts, assist with homework, collaborate with staff, supervise students, and handle light cleaning duties. Prior experience with children is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize after-school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities.
• Assist students with homework.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff members.
• Be responsible for the safe supervision and care of students.
• Light sweeping, wiping down tables, and trash removal.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

The Lunch and After School Team is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise Kindergarten – 4th grade students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.
