Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Software & Test Integration Engineer to plan, integrate, and execute software verification and test activities for lunar landers. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure mission‑critical software performs from lab to launch and on the lunar surface.

We seek a detail‑oriented engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. As part of the team, you’ll play a direct role in advancing commercial lunar exploration, developing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a technical field.
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g. Python).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and test distributed software and/or hardware systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead anomaly investigation activities involving multiple experts.

Responsibilities

  • Design test plans and test procedures to validate and verify spacecraft software and hardware across platforms.
  • Develop testing infrastructure and tests to verify cross‑platform behavior with emulators and hardware.
  • Improve testing infrastructure to support both developer and automated testing needs.
  • Execute test procedures manually when hardware is involved and report regressions.
  • Expand tests that run nightly across CI pipelines for broader coverage.
  • Write bug tickets whenever software issues are found during verification.
  • Develop automatic reporting tools to map test results to requirements.
  • Benchmark and analyze spacecraft system performance across flight modes.
  • Identify and resolve anomalous software behavior.
  • Collaborate with a small team of developers, engineers and technicians to solve testing challenges.
