Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-14 in related field.
• Experience in space instrument, payload, spacecraft, and/or mission development across lifecycle.
• Ability to work across organizations to communicate status, risks, and informed decisions.
• Developing engineering plans translating objectives into integration and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation, implementation, and execution of lunar science investigations and missions.
• Manage end-to-end development of payloads on robotic and human systems.
• Oversee requirements, acquisitions, schedules, risks, and performance across NASA and external stakeholders.
