Intuitive Machines is seeking a Junior Level Design Engineer to join the Lunar Lander Team in Houston, TX. The candidate will work on development, manufacture, test, and on-orbit operations of flight and ground support hardware for the Lunar Lander.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or MS in Mechanical Engineering with experience
• Experience in mechanical design and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CAD software Creo or SolidWorks
• Understanding of GD&T and manufacturing techniques
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Design parts for the Lunar Lander system team
• Generate drawings, part and assembly drawings using CAD
• Create lifting and operation drawings and models
• Assist in developing manufacturing products
• Take on responsibility and adapt to a fast-paced environment in lunar lander projects
