Caliberr Staffing in Lyndhurst, New Jersey is hiring Warehouse Lumper Associates for our Lyndhurst facility across three distinct shifts.

You will load and unload inventory, transfer freight, organize stock, and uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure, tidy workspace throughout each 10-hour shift.

This full-time role offers 40-hour weeks with overtime and weekend availability; first shift pays $16.50, second $17.50, third $18.50 per hour with potential bonuses.

Job description

We are currently seeking dedicated Warehouse Lumper Associates to join our Lyndhurst, New Jersey facility across three distinct shifts. In this role, you will play a vital part in our logistics operations by managing the loading and unloading of inventory.

Available Shift Schedules

• First Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Second Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 3:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
• Third Shift: Monday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 9:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
• Full-time 40-hour work weeks with additional overtime and weekend availability required as needed

1st Shift: $16.50 per hour

2nd Shift: $17.50 per hour

3rd Shift: $18.50 per hour

Core Responsibilities

Candidate Qualifications

• Availability to commit to the full Monday through Thursday schedule
