Caliberr Staffing in Lyndhurst, New Jersey is hiring Warehouse Lumper Associates for our Lyndhurst facility across three distinct shifts.

You will load and unload inventory, transfer freight, organize stock, and uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure, tidy workspace throughout each 10-hour shift.

This full-time role offers 40-hour weeks with overtime and weekend availability; first shift pays $16.50, second $17.50, third $18.50 per hour with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform warehouse labor.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering freight repeatedly.
• Punctual and dependable with attendance.
• Available to work Monday through Thursday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Transfer freight and merchandise into and out of trailers
• Physically transport and manage boxes and cargo
• Support the efficiency of general warehouse loading tasks
• Help organize and categorize stock as required
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for the entire team
• Contribute to a tidy workspace to promote operational safety
• Execute manual labor tasks consistently throughout your shift
