Job summary

Dakota Premium Hardwoods, LLC is seeking a dependable warehouse team member for our Southeast Amarillo lumber yard. The role emphasizes a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced yard environment.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments, picking orders, and operating a propane-powered forklift. Overtime and weekly pay are available; benefits include Health, Vision, PTO/holidays, and 401(k) eligibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hardwood lumber and/or plywood distribution is preferred.
• Ability to load orders and pick within lumber yard or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in a non-climate controlled warehouse.
• Experience operating propane 6k lb+ sit-down forklift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload lumber and plywood shipments.
• Pick orders within lumber yard or warehouse environment.
• Move materials using forklift and other equipment.
• Maintain safety and organization in a non-climate controlled warehouse.
