Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years leading large industrial teams, can adapt to changing demand, and is proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of 10+ in an industrial environment.
• Ability to respond to changes in real time and adapt to production needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of direct reports.
• Manage daily scorecard with productivity, uptime, and quality metrics.
• Alter production and staffing plans based on sawmill production and shipping demand.
