Job summary

Kellogg Supply Company Inc. in Kitty Hawk, NC is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Customer Service representative to join our team. This hourly/salary position focuses on delivering outstanding service, maintaining inventory, and processing sales on the POS.

You will answer customers on the floor, operate POS terminals, stock shelves, and support opening/closing procedures while building knowledge of building products and strengthening customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with building products or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/move for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct customers on the sales floor.
• Operate POS terminals.
• Maintain inventory and stock handling.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Engage in product knowledge and sales techniques.
