NWH is seeking full-time Stick Layers at our Marienville, PA facility to stack lumber with stickers for optimal drying. You will inspect for defects, align piles, and operate equipment in a safety-conscious, team-based environment.

Candidates must lift 50+ pounds, pass a drug screen, and maintain an excellent attendance record while supporting a clean, organized yard and efficient production flow.

Responsibilities

• Stack lumber in layers with stickers to promote air flow.
• Inspect lumber for defects and ensure proper alignment.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate to maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate and maintain stacking and drying equipment.
• Monitor stacked lumber and report issues to supervision.
• Assist with loading/unloading and inventory organization.
