Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking a part-time Stock Associate to service Lowe’s stores in Manchester, CT, stocking Novo materials processed through the Stocking Program. The role requires stock replenishment, neat presentation, and helping with store events.

Days are Thursdays and Fridays, with a biweekly schedule averaging 10–12 hours per week. Pay is $21.50 per hour with responsibilities including inventory checks, culls, and proper cart management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Automobile insurance coverage required.
• Good organizational and time management skills required.
• Basic math skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock Novo products at the Lowe’s store within the Stocking Program.
• Stock items in the correct bin locations and ensure neat, tidy presentation.
• Perform culls and ensure correct Lowe’s credit for damaged pieces.
• Return carts and rack to proper locations; keep aisles clear of debris.
• Assist with store set/reset activities and participate in events as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by store management.
