Novo Building Products is seeking a part-time Stocking Program Associate to service the Lowe's store in Manchester, CT. The role involves stocking Novo materials and merchandising lumber/millwork at one Lowe's location, with coordination with Lowe's receiving on product availability.

The position offers a day shift with a Thursday and Friday schedule, averaging 10–12 hours per week, and a pay rate of $21.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A valid unrestricted driver’s license is required.
• Automobile insurance coverage required.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Stock Novo materials in the Lowe's store within 36 hours of delivery (after receipt in Lowe's system).
• Stock and merchandize lumber and millwork at 1 Lowe's store in Manchester, CT.
• Be courteous and professional to customers and Lowe's staff.
• Communicate with Lowe's receiving to confirm product availability.
• Maintain neat, tidy stock across bins and locations.
• Handle culls and ensure credits are received for damaged pieces.
• Assist with store events and stock-related activities as needed.
