UFP Industries, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a General Laborer to safely handle lumber products and verify material meets customer and company standards. You will move, stack, label, tag, and secure materials, while maintaining inventory records and assisting with production tasks.

The role requires basic math, willingness to learn, and 18+ years old; manufacturing or lumber experience is preferred. This is an on-site position with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Manufacturing or lumber experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Move and secure lumber products and materials according to instructions.
• Stack finished products to predetermined bundle sizes and customer requirements.
• Label material by type, size and count.
• Apply tags before/after treating/production.
• Use staple gun and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and report discrepancies.
