Big Tex Trailers is seeking a Finisher 1 in the Flooring Department to prepare lumber flooring materials for trailer production. You will measure, saw, cut, drill, and prepare components to meet production specs, ensuring safe handling and timely delivery to the line.

The role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining quality, organizing materials, and communicating shortages or issues to leadership. Prior basic woodworking experience is helpful in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, lumber processing, construction, or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.
• Ability to follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, saws and drills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Measure, mark, saw, cut, and drill lumber flooring materials per specs and work instructions.
• Operate saws, drills, and equipment safely and efficiently to prepare components.
• Inspect lumber products for quality, accuracy, and defects before release to production.
• Organize, stage, and transport flooring materials to designated areas.
• Perform rework to ensure materials meet quality standards.
