Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries for customers and sales staff.
• Invoice delivery sales orders to ensure payment.
• Assign drivers to vehicles and routes.
• Map routes for drivers.
• Pre-authorize credit cards and perform cash/COD checks.
• Maintain driver and vehicle reports.
• Open store daily and handle early customer calls.
• Address delivery disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain delivery and transfer records.
• Coordinate loading of trucks.
• Answer phones when needed.
