The US Benefits Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Benefits.
As the US Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our employee insurance program across the United States. Your role is vital in collaborating with various internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure our insurance program is innovative, compliant, and aligned with our goals and values. You will also serve as a key resource for internal inquiries and work to enhance the overall employee experience through effective benefits administration.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $112,000-$147,000 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
