lululemon is seeking a Senior 3PL Program Manager to oversee the Mexico distribution partner, driving performance, governance, and continuous improvement across the outsourced operation. The role leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize cost, service, and inventory accuracy while advising stakeholders on capabilities and solutions.

With the leadership and support of the Senior Manager, 3PL Management NAM, and in close partnership with regional fulfillment leadership teams, the 3PL Program Manager, Mexico owns the strategic and operational relationship with lululemon's 3PL distribution partner supporting Mexico. The role is accountable for driving operational performance, service excellence, contract and SLA governance, and continuous improvement across the outsourced distribution operation. In addition to partner management responsibilities, this role leads cross-functional initiatives focused on operational optimization, solution development, process improvement, and capability enhancement.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $ 112,000 - $147,000 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
