Confie and its family of companies, including Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and others, are leaders in U.S. private insurance brokerage. We are hiring a full-time Insurance Agent in Mundelein, IL to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

Expect uncapped commissions, inbound leads, excellent training, and a robust benefits package. Responsibilities include soliciting new business, expanding relationships with customers, ensuring accurate deposits, and effectively advising

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned docs.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises customers on products best fitting their needs.
