Job summary

Lucida in Sedona is seeking restaurant servers for 1 full-time and 1 part-time role. You will warmly welcome guests, share menu knowledge, and help ensure a relaxed yet elevated dining experience.

You will communicate guest needs to the kitchen, manage dietary requests, and strive for accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with workdays and hours in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol; previous experience preferred.
• Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications required.
• Knowledge of restaurant terminology and food service techniques helpful.
• People-oriented with the ability to communicate clearly and provide great guest experiences.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to multi-task in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Flexibility. This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with workdays and hours, but its also a lot of fun!
• Experience. Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol. Previous experience passionately providing food and beverage service to others preferred.
• Knowledge. Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are required. Familiarity of restaurant terminology and food service techniques preferred.
• People Person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected.
• Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing
• A qualified applicant is a people person who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.
• Must have Food Handlers certification.
• Must be 18 years or older.
