Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Application Delivery Specialist to empower our Legal and Real Estate teams by configuring Lucernex workflows, building scalable low-code solutions, and aligning business requirements with technical delivery.

You will partner with Business Systems Analysts, Project Management, Data Engineering, and stakeholders to improve workflows, ensure data integrity, and support releases in a fast-paced, hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with business, legal/real estate tech, or sysadmin background.
• 3+ years configuring or enhancing business systems, enterprise apps, or operational platforms.
• Experience translating business needs into system enhancements, workflows, or reports.
• Experience building or supporting low-code/no-code platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, and maintain Lucernex workflows, forms, notifications, and business rules.
• Build scalable system solutions supporting Real Estate and Legal processes using low-code/no-code capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with analysts and stakeholders.
• Provide platform administration and operational support for Lucernex and related apps.
• Create and maintain system reports, perform data audits, and support governance and change management.
