FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $110,000–$125,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon the new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept individual to learn and grow as an MRO Sales Engineer with our team. This role, reporting to the National Sales Manager, requires a blend of technical aptitude, curiosity to uncover customer problems, and strong organizational and project‑management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business development while managing existing accounts and providing technical solutions to our clients in the MRO specialty.
Approximately 60–75% travel, primarily within the U.S.
