Job summary

Growmark, Inc. in Orange, VA is seeking an Energy Delivery Specialist to safely deliver lubricant products within an assigned territory, ensuring accurate handling, inventory control and high‑quality customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of delivery experience, a valid driver's license (CDL with Hazmat preferred), and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds; candidates should be self‑reliant and capable of working extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years delivery experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles per regulations.
• Load, unload, and handle lubricants with accuracy.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness.
• Complete delivery documents accurately.
• Follow EH&S procedures to prevent spills.
• Manage delivery routes and schedules for timely delivery.
• Assist with tank fills and equipment inspections.
• Provide oil testing support and resolve customer concerns.
• Communicate with dispatch, operations, sales, and management.
• Support growth by promoting products and distributing materials.
• Monitor territory activity and market trends.
• Install lubricant tank and dispensing equipment if needed.
• Operate forklift safely to move packaged lubricants.
