Job summary

Moffitt Services, a Texas-based fuel and lubricants distributor, is seeking a reliable Bulk Lube Delivery Driver to join our team. You will safely operate a bulk lube delivery truck, plan routes, load/unload, and maintain delivery records while providing professional customer service.

This role requires a Class A or B CDL, tanker experience, 5+ years driving, and strong knowledge of DOT regulations. You will work a rotating schedule, travel locally and regionally, and coordinate with logistics

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years verifiable driving experience.
• Minimum 3 years tanker experience.
• Valid CDL with endorsements (Class A or B).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness for manual tasks and operation of delivery equipment.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Reliable cell phone and GPS usage.
• Clean MVR and background.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a bulk lube delivery truck to transport and deliver lubricants to client locations.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet customer demands and schedules.
• Load and unload bulk lubricants using appropriate equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle.
• Maintain delivery records, quantities delivered, locations, and customer signatures.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery stops.
• Coordinate with logistics to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
• Adhere to safety regulations and hazardous materials handling guidelines.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly and support timely repairs.
• Keep the delivery truck clean and stocked with required supplies.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are actively seeking a reliable and experienced Bulk Lube Delivery Driver to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of bulk lubricants to our diverse customer base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a bulk lube delivery truck to transport and deliver lubricants to various client locations.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
• Load and unload bulk lubricants using appropriate equipment and follow established safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the proper functioning of the delivery vehicle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records, including quantities delivered, locations, and customer signatures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally during delivery stops.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes for efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly and work with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years verifiable driving experience
• Minimum 3 years tanker experience
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks and operate delivery equipment.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations
• Has a reliable cell phone and able to operate GPS functions (dispatch and GPS coordinates)
• Clean MVR and background

License/Certifications

• Class A or B CDL with appropriate endorsements (Required)

Relocation

This position is not eligible for relocation

Travel Requirements

• Local and Regional Areas
• Availability to travel for disaster response, a plus

Work Schedule

Able to work a rotating schedule (typically 5/2) - May have to work weekends and holidays
